Understanding how to retrieve your Flexdrivv vehicle through our exclusive nationwide partner network or our premium concierge delivery service.

Crucial Partnership Information

Flexdrivv is an independent luxury subscription platform. We maintain exclusive, high-volume inventory contracts with our national partners including Hertz, Budget, Alamo, and Avis.

Under no circumstances can you go directly to a partner counter (e.g., a Hertz desk) and ask for "Flexdrivv vehicles" without a confirmed subscription and a generated pickup code on your dashboard. Partner staff do not process Flexdrivv accounts locally. All processing is done digitally through FlexDrivv Dashboard.

The Retrieval Process

What happens after your subscription is approved?

Scenario A: Local Availability

If your selected vehicle (or an exact trim equivalent) is currently parked at a partner hub near your location:

  • Your member dashboard will immediately update with a "Ready for Pickup" status.
  • You will be provided with a specific partner location (e.g., Avis at LAX) and a unique digital verification code.
  • Upon arrival, bypass the standard line. Present your Flexdrivv code to the designated partner manager to receive your keys.

Scenario B: Concierge Delivery

If your requested luxury vehicle is not immediately available in your direct vicinity:

  • We utilize our nationwide logistics network to transport the vehicle to you.
  • The vehicle will be delivered directly to your doorstep within 4 working days.
  • A Flexdrivv concierge will meet you for a brief walkthrough of the vehicle's features and to hand over the keys.
